For about a year I've been wanting to do this. Everyone I spoke said, in order to do right we have to take the B-pillar cover off and to make it match the glass top, it might take a few tries
I wasnt interested in having my car laid up in a shop for a few days..... So I kinda dropped the idea.
Well, I finally met a person who can get it right without taking the car apart. He has a high-end body shop and happens to own a few vettes, Gabe told me, he can get it done with the b-pillar on the car, and! he can have it back to me at the end of the day
I dropped the car of at 9am, picked it up at 6pm. DONE!!!
I am very impressed with IMPRESSIVE AUTOBODY
If anyone has been looking to do this mod but didnt want their car taken apart, Give Gabe a call 516-536-1222. His shop is located in Oceanside,NY

I feel like I'm always being the Devil's advocate, but, I really don't like the looks of the black "halo's". In your case, an all silver car (including the roof) looks very CLASSY! With the black halo, it really cheapens the look.
Sorry...this is just my opinion...it is your car, and if you like it, that's all that matters.
Just for the record...I really don't like black wheels either!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I like it. It looks like my VR 2001 Camaro SS. The halo was black on 2001 Camaros, and it had the black glass t-tops. If I did it I'd have no use for my painted top though.

I think it looks great with the transparent top and tinted windows. I will be a member of your club one day.
I think if you have the colored top the black halo would look out of place. But in my case and many others with the transparent top the black halo looks perfect!
