I totally agree. Guys you in Houston are in for a treat. Classic is owned by Mr. Durant and it's an above board dealership. Give them a look see and you will not be disappointed.

Are you going to mark the c6s 10k over sticker and the z06s 30k over like Bill Heard did when he was there in sugarland? I was there a year ago and I never will forget the young salesman trying to justify the mark up........

Thanks for posting and contributing to the Forum. Classic certainly has a good reputation. It is in stark contrast to Bill Heard. Good Luck. You are actually my closest chevy dealership though I haven't bought a vehicle there in over 15 years due to the BH ownership. It was Pharis prior to BH when I first moved to Missouri City in 1977. I wish you success in repairing the reputation at this location.

We feel confident we can change the perception of this location and let the people know there are still honest people in the business. If your ever in the market let me know.

Thanks,

Welcome! Has Classic had any Camaro's delivered yet? I know BH folded during the pre-order time so I am not sure how GM handled allocations to Classic. You are my closest dealership as well and I'm glad to hear the positive reviews from all of the threads on this topic.

I posted this before, but as an ex employee of Classic in Grapevine, I can tell you first hand that Classic is a great dealer group and Tom Durant a great guy. I'm sure that someone will come by and slam me, Classic and possibly Tom, but when you have a big business like Tom, there are bound to be s few unhappy folks.

PS. Just noticed that my user name is classicpettit. I began using that name while employed there...No current affiliation.

Looking forward to getting a closer look.

Default Classic Sugar Land

I too live in Sugar Land and will soon be in the market for a new Vette. Who is the resident Corvette expert at Classic? New Vette buyers always have numerous questions and I am no exception.

Default Check you guys out a couple of weeks ago

The dealership is the closest to my residence and while others have obviously had issues w BH, I did not or at least not much and I really missed them when they closed.

When I first heard you were open I dropped by the service department to say "Hi" and check you out. While there I had an oil change just to see how you handled it and I am a bit ambivalent with the experience.

It was obvious, that you were still trying to staff up and the whole facility needed a good cleaning out because it looked pretty dingy and littered. The kid who did the oil change was very diligent but I was not impressed with the rest of the order writers or what I took for the management on site.

I hope to have an ocassion to go back and see if things have improved because I really would like to give you my business.
