Lighten up Nancy, it's called humor.
I guess some people don't have very thick skin, or they're too wimpy to take a joke.

Just trying to be a little racey on a blah interior.
Thanks for comments. I take the car to HPDE.
Extinguisher is for safety.
Be different.

I like being diferent, and if you like it that's all that really matters. I like your speedo corners from Jersey. They are my next interior addition.

Sorry, in retrospect those were really good jokes that most high schoolers would really laugh at.

Jokes or not, most are just pointing out the fact that red and yellow are not complimentary to each other.

I’ll try to explain, I guess I was pointing out that a fellow member posts a picture of his creative modding of his car, obviously he is proud of what he has done. The color police don’t take it upon themselves to offer a compliment or some constructive criticism,, they post goofy pictures suggesting what a poor choice the original poster made. And then others rally around who can find the goofiest picture or offer the most sarcastic comment. If this thread started off as a random picture of a very different corvette seen on the street I would see it differently and find humor in the goofy similar pictures. That's not how this thread started.

I personnally don't care for the red with the yellow there Scott but it's your car and if you like it that's all that matters. I really like the carbon fibre though

I understand your point, and I hope ScottJ03 doesn't take it too hard that we're ribbing him.
He shouldn't. This is an internet forum. If you're going to put your stuff out there you have to be ready to hear people's opinons even if they don't see it like you do. Besides, we're gearheads. This is what we do. We give each other big thumbs up and kid each other all the time.
It doesn't really matter what any of us thinks of Scott's interior. It only matters what he thinks. He's the customer. We're just joking him.

If your driving with the fire ext. in the car, make sure you check the pin "often" otherwise, you may have a "real" mess to contend with.

IMHO I would mount that bad boy on the passenger side.

I am amputated below the knees. So that's not a problem.
Pin has plastic safety and it is a halotron ext that leaves no mess
white powder. $135 for ext.

Plus not cool for wife.....

Plus I have changed the Steering wheel Spoke Covers to Carbon
