Good for you. And you should brag if you have saved and earned you money.

Just don't start a thread with the intention of telling everyone how young you are and have a Vette. Would make you look foolish at best.

Now THAT'S great.... a 19 year old who was responsible and motivated enough to save up for his own Corvette without mommy or daddy paying for it. That sure is refreshing. Are you sure you're not really 35+ ?

I'd like to know how many Corvette owners under 25 payed for the car themselves.

Minimum age when ever you can afford to purchase and maitain it with your own money and not because you are still getting free room and board at home.

Maximum age is when you start saying things like I love driving it except it irritates my enlarged prostate.

At 60 you can't get any respect. Unless you can do a good burnout.

Any MAN that uses the phrases...

"who needs that much power"

or

"why have a fast car when the speed limit is..."

...an OLD guy

Thankfully or hopefully there are is still a slight possibility of rejuvenation for such a sorry state, it is called the Corvette.

I had a '61 Corvette when I was 20. I'll be picking up my C6 in a couple of weeks. You're never too old... Oh, I'm 58 now.

(Oh, I paid for the '61 myself. My first loan!)

By the time I was 25 , I was on my third Vette , all paid by my own sweat . Now at the old age of 26 Im on my forth .

Anyway ..... too old ?

I would say 45 , but if you're bald that goes down to 35 , and if you're fat it goes down to 40 .If you wear a big gold pinky ring , and a tropical print shirt , its already too late .

All her own money. 100% saved her bonds, banked money, babysat, worked part time, designs Myspace graphics the kids get free but everytime they click her site she gets money, and listened to her uncle that told her to invest in gold 10 years ago.

I would have her chime in on this but she believes it is beneath her to brag.
