I fixed mine so the projector actually shines on my retina so I have to always use it.

OK, I use it about a third of the time...I could live without it pretty easily.

If I'm driving, I'm using it. Took a while to get used to not look down at the instruments but now I wish all my cars had it. Not sure it's worth $3k though (yes, I know you get more than just that).

Nice gadget... but I found myself not missing it on my 08 after having it in 3 other vettes.. Go figure... It's a great technology and all.. but I would rather be focusing on the basics without any distractions when I'm out there doing something stupid.. optional .. in my book

Indispensable for me - I'm 6'-2" Can't see the dash gauges if the steering wheel is in my sweet spot.

Almost never! A waste of CD space and money that could have been used for preformance mods.

It came on my Z06, I never use it, almost consider it a distraction, kinda mesmerizing. Maybe I'll try it again after reading all the glowing ( no pun intended ) reviews.

I love the HUD option and use it all the time. I don't think they should put it on below 3LT because it is a luxury option.

Great with the NAV, its about to go to the masses now that Lexus is offering it. I remember when power mirrors were new and I thought what a waste, now with the memory features into the mirrors, can't do without it, same for the HUD it grows on you.

I have the HUD on my c5Z, after driving the car a few times with it on, it has been off for the last 3 years, the new car dosn't have it if it did it would be off.

I think it very annoying, and even more so at night.

I use mine all the time. It's one of the features of the car that I like the most.

I've had it in my C5 and my C6. It is a neat option, but not that important really.

It took awhile, but I look at the HUD more than I look at the speedometer.

I find myself looking for the HUD when I drive a rental or work vehicle.

We had it on a 99 Grand Prix and I loved it. My C5 did not have it and I could not see the speedometer between 10 and 45 MPH because the steering wheel blocked it out. I said I would never have another Vette without it. I use it all the time. On my truck I don't need it.
