No pix at this time.

Pros- Very sharp, well made, easy install, look like they belong, add protection, and did I mention they look great.

Cons-None

If your C6 is not a garage queen than you need splash guards.
I pulled the trigger and got them for my 08 coupe.
Now after 15,000 miles there's not a trace of the dreaded road rash.
Plus they look great! Best mod ever.

With the way the body tucks under and the wide tires, I felt like I had no choice but to install splashguards if I wanted to keep the paint in that area from being sandblasted. I went with the non-gm type that one of the forum vendors sells - I like them because they are small and kind of blend in and dissappear.

I've got a widebody rear (well, the car does!) and pipedream's splashguards on the front. Very low key on the front but they work!

Apsis USA a forum vendor. Very fast delivery too.
I had my Chevy dealer install them.
They're the Z06 style long splash guards.
Here's the link to there website.

I've had Pipe's splash guards from day one, much smaller and less obtrusive than the GM version. We've got 40k miles on the car now and no gravel rash.

How much are the GM Accessory splash guards?

Does the C6 really kick up that many rocks?

OH YES!!!
Those tires are super wide and they stick out.
So any debris on the road gets thrown up along side your rocker panels and quarter panels.
The only way to avoid road rash and sand blasting is with a set of splash guards.

I got the GM splash guards and they definitely make a difference (in the amount of dirt/debris). Easy install & look great.

Had pipedreams guards on mine for about a year. I liked them (and pipedreams) but the GCA ones look and cover much better. They also look stock while the others didn't. I'm not trying to start a war here about which is better but until you have actually seen them on a Vette you don't know how nice they are..

For the OP here is my install..

The GCA guards are very suttle and protect the lower fenders well. And for $100 you can't go wrong.

Thanks for the referrals! I would certainly be happy to help with the GCA splash guards!
