Okay, I can't deny it. I know the words to most of the songs, and the artists to most of them. I have a magazine collection going back to 1965 (still have them all) and I'm a junkie for 60's music.

Thanks for sharing, that was really "cool"

That was great. The sad part was that I could sing most of the songs word for word. Totally freaked out my girl friend who is younger than me !

Ah the memories. My first car was a 1931 model A. I had planned to make a hot rod but the U.S.Marines got me first.

That was fun, like American Graffitti.
A guy at work just bought some Cherry Bombs.

Not to sound like and old guy, which I am, those days were the best. Music you could cruise and dance to, the worst that could happen to you were to survive a bloody nose or a hangover. I owned a 63 Chevrolet SS and 3 GTO's. Only bummer was the 3 years, 3 months and 16 days I had to give Uncle Sam, but who was counting. Great Post enjoy every day, we don't know how many we have left.....

Default 2nd time

The film clip is even better the 2nd time you watch it.
I have been wondering how to put a set of spun aluminum hub caps on my C6.
Maybe I could photoshop them just to see what they would look like. I think I paid $19.95 for a set of 4 in 1959.
If you don't know what a spun aluminum hub cap looks like, you probably weren't around for the 50's.

I got my first car in 1970. A '62 Chevy Belair with chrome reverse wheels.

Many of us drive C5s and C6s because of the fond memories of the cars of our youth.

Thanks.

I'm too busy multi tasking , so I 'm listening to the music + other things. But the cars....the cars....oh my!!!

I owned a couple of them (one for a total of 5 days...maybe?) the '58 Impala. The other one, for years, the '50 Mercury.

Thanks for the tunes. Luv 'em!!!
