Does your wife like or dislike or could care less about your C6?

When I was looking for a new car, she "said" she didn't care what I bought, but once I narrowed it down to an AO vert, she went to the dealer to look at it and immediately started "caring"! We went to a couple of dealers and when she saw a Crystal Red coupe, she expressed her desire for THAT color. I still would have purchased the AO vert, but the dealer was married to it, so I let him keep it. I found a Crystal Red coupe at a dealer that was very excited about dealing, so we ended up with it, and I couldn't be happier. As the new President-elect says, "When momma is happy, everybody is happy", I completely agree!

Wifie of 25 years loves it, says "it's pretty", Pretty? Dang, she could have said Cool, or Bitchin, or Bad A$$, but don't say it's pretty...
(We love it and it is the best Road Trip car made!)

Wife has made me swear on my mother's life I will never ever sell it. I've had over 40 cars in my 36 years of life and she knows how I go through em. Guess that pretty much sums up how she feels.

My wife loves all sports cars. She was a Ferrari fan before she met me, but now she really likes Corvettes. She is always the first to point out a Corvette, so I can wave, she gets a kick out of it. She liked the C5 Z06, but loves the ZR1. Additionally, she will never say a word if I tromp on it and will even go to sleep at any speed. I think she trusts me a lot more than maybe she should.
She will never understand how washing a car could take 4 to 6 hours though.

Mine has always been ok with my fast toys, enjoys driving the 'vette only on long trips. Over the last 9 years most of our good friends have been members of the local Corvette club, we are both amazed and thankful about that.

Wow- I guess I'm not the only one who has a wife who has what seems like a portion of our retirement funds tied up in the cost of baskets... (although she'd probably say the same thing about the Vette!)

When I almost walked away from the deal being offered us on our 2008, my wife and I walked outside to talk........she was crying for me and told me......."You work hard and you deserve this car....we need to go back inside and buy you that car you've always wanted!!"....and we did, though they came down another $1,000!!!
She loves the car as much as I do and understands my devotion to it.

Looks like I'm the only woman who is responding to this question!
Yes, I'm a wife, and I'm fortunate enough to have a husband who is also a Corvette lover. We've had many over the years and always have two...mine and his...and only manual transmissions.
We do all the Corvettes-only shows in New England, sometimes with both Corvettes, sometimes just one. We've been very active in a local Corvette club for 15 years and participate in many New England Corvette events.
It's a good life!

Does your wife like or dislike or could care less about your C6.My wife is in between dislike and could care less because she does not like my OCD OBSESSIONS I have about the car keeping it as perfect as I can, parking far away even though I offer to drop her off in front, telling her how to get in and out AND SO ON also aggravates her. I asked my wife tonight and she told me she is definately between disliking and could care less about my car!

Likes everything but the low ground clearance. She gets nervous when she hears that scraping sound and doesn't like driving it so much because she's afraid something may break.
