Anyone had problems with West Coast Corvette?
Hello, I've purchased a bunch of items from the above outfit. I bought these items last summer and accumulated them up in my Montana home to bring back to my California home where my Vette sits during the winter and drives at that time.
Anyway has anyone had problems with these thrifty seat protectors. I paid $49.95 and mine lasted about 2 weeks and then fraid and came apart in places.
I called them and because of the time from shipping and the time I called they would not replace the. The girl on the phone promised to check with the managers but has never contacted me.

Thanks for any feedback.

I've got the same ones --- even the same color and never had any problems with numerous uses of them over the last season.........WCC is a very good vendor, but I can also understand their interpretation on the time lapse between shipping them and your claim....unfortunate but true. Put yourself in their place as to the time issue....JMHO tho'
If you have not heard back, call them again and give them another chance.

Not to get off topic, but I've had similar problems, with other vendors, all my own fault. I ordered items and then did not check or use the items until months later, by then it was too late to complain or return anything.
The lesson learned here: when you order something, check it out immediately and thoroughly, give it a good test right away, etc. Otherwise accept that it may not be returnable.
Having said that, I still have a stack of items I purchased online weeks ago that I still haven't had time to even look at... Just never enough time.

Can't say I've ordered those particular items form WCC but I have bought quite a bit from them. Never had a problem with the products or the company. First rate in my book.

I"ve only had good experiences with WCC but I've always purchased directly from their store. They also installed my chrome wheels and did a great job. Maybe you just got the wrong person on the phone. Call back and speak with someone else.

I'm a manager in the retail business and after a certain amount of time there are no cash refunds. Also, I have dealt with WCC for several years and have never had one problem with anything. They are a stand up organization that I believe in 100% and that's hard to say now a days. Call again and ask for Joe or Neil maybe they can help you.

Not trying to be a smart azz, but what do you expect for $49? As far as WCC, I've had one problem with all the items bought from them and it was handled promptly and to my satisfaction.

Hello all! All I really need at this time is a call back as promised. I guess I get to call them back and explaine things again for a lousy $50 item.
Thanks tho!

I bought a pair of the gray ones for my daily driver 10 months ago from WCC and have not had a problem with them. I have always had a good experience with them in the past.

I had an issue with wcc. It really turned me off as to the quality of service. I doubt I will buy there again. Now zip corvettes are the cats meow as far as service goes. They even gave me a discount when I told them about the trouble I had ordering the same product from wcc!

WCC has exceeded my expectation every time. I have experience with on line ordering and with their great service team. The last two service visits were for exhaust and tires. I have trust in they way the handle my car and the qualtiy of the work performed.
