VettedCandidate, nice present. I also got a 40" lcd tv from my parents. The lift is made by Champion Lifts. It is supposed to be the lowest height available on the market, 4 in., and it raises the car over 4 ft., it is an awesome lift.

I, too, got a hot wheels version of the ZR1. My son got it because he couldn't find a hot wheels Honda accord. He paid off $1,000 of my accord car loan! Nice guy! T

I got an Amazon Kindle. If you read a lot, it is the ultimate gift! Books on the New York Times Best Seller List are usually not more than $10! Most books are a lot less.

I went to Italy where I got a private tour of the Ferrari factory (including the F1 area and the Clasique department). I also saw Venice while I was there and got to hang out with the Ferrari F1 team at the Ferrari World Finals in Mugello (near Florance). It was Great to hang out with the Ferrari Team, and to see the F1's and FXX's in action. I met a bunch of great people. It was the trip of a lifetime for a Car guy.

What a coincidence.....but it wasnt the Vette (I already had that)...It was the CARPORT!!!!!....Seriously, it was wifey and my gift to ourselves for our DDs...(The 3 Vettes, Harley and SSR get the garages)...It's almost done, still have to finish painting it and install a Victorian railing around the top..

I got a Corvette leather jacket and a 427 engine night light from my GF. I have shirts, hats, and now a jacket. I look like an advertisement for Corvettes . I bought myself a blu ray player.

Can I asked where you got your lift and was it expensive. This is slick since a four post has a big footprint.

Nice present, I just picked up a Glock 17 myself. My son is scouring around for a Glock 20 (10MM). Have a great New Year amigo.
