If your car is out of warranty then the replacement will be out of your pocket. You can purchase the new handles from any GM dealer. They retail for about $145 each. You can get them from Gene at the link below for $112.00 each

Lots of positive feedback on the new handles. Lots of testing went in to the new handles as well. However, the handles are really to address a specific issue with a rattle noise at the front latches. If you don't want to go after the handles there are a few things that you can do on your own first to see if it addresses your particular problem first.
