congrats on the new ride too bad you won't get to drive it much up there in the NW with all that rain - they did tell you a C6 can't be driven in the rain didn't they ????

What rain? It was sunny today in Washington. By the way, we get a special option with fins for the rainy days.

Bah. Of course you can drive it in the rain. Just be careful about high water, and remember that those tires lose a lot of their stickiness in the wet.

I have a 2006 C6 vert also, only difference is that it's a MN6 and it's white (FASTEST!), with the factory nav (nothing to write home about, Garmins are much better).

congrats tim...nice looking car you got there.. can't believe you went from a manual to an automatic though.... and where's the front license plate?? just kidding, i don't have one on mine either.. jim

As many know here in Oregon I drive my corvette in any weather just means a lot more cleaning, been a paid driver most of my life. I have a great traction device it's NO FEAR don't stop until you see GOD. (thanks for all the great replies.)

Nice goin'. Red vert here too. You don't need that NAV - now you've got room for about 6 X 150 = 900 songs on that CD player (you know about MP3, right?)
One word of advice: have the rear axle nuts torqued.!!

Thanks Rogue, had it for a week and it's just awesome, fast as hell and handles great, really puts the power to the road and chicks dig it.
