I just bought my C6 2 days ago and the key fob died on me yesterday after I got in the car and before I could start the engine. I was so new to the car I didn't know where the manual door releases were to get out.
I'm getting two new key fob batteries today!

Actually a quarter will fit in the fob pry slot for a little more leverage, as these are tough to open. Found it best to lay the fob on a hard floor and step on it to re-close.
