Default How did you purchase your C6?

Just curious how the % comes out.

Purchased mine used and online having never driven a Corvette nor seeing the one I bought. I did have a friend check it out and tell me it was clean.

Went to local dealer and test drove. He called twice in 3 days with offers and finally took the plunge. Glad I did.

Could have paid cash when I bought mine in Feb/07, but could not pass up the 0% financing for 36 months.

I ordered mine from a local dealer.
I sold my previous car & used it for the down payment.

I just wish I got 0% financing like the lucky dogs buying Vettes now.

Lets see I was sitting in an airport in 2004 I think in Dallas, and bought a magazine with a red C6 on the cover. Read the article, got home and ordered one sight unseen. Took me all of 30 seconds to warm up to the look over my C5. A loaded Precision Red beauty that has been flawless save a outside hatch switch.

I'm shocked by the number of new purchases with cash. I thought there'd be a lot more used. Guess I'm in the minority.

Purchased new. Was going to buy a GT 500 but the dealer was giving me a hard time about being in the military, so I just walked across the street and bought a vette. Will be paid for when i get back from this deployment.
