2013 60th Anniversary Edition GS Convertible 4LT
I recently purchased the "above" car and would like to find out how many were built. (How "collectible" is it, (or not))
Does anyone have that data OR could point me in the right direction to obtain it?
TIA
Dick

I’m thinking you have a white car with the full stripes on the hood and rear trunk/hatch? I’m not sure how collectible they are but the C6 wide body are beautiful cars. Be careful of the dash as the 4LT cars are know to have the dash leather start to lift, separate from the dash.

You didn't mention if you have the 60th Anniversary Stripe Package included. If not there were 258 GS convertibles with the 60th Anniversary Design Package. 227 of those had the add-on stripe package. I have the latter. I wouldn't say they are rare, but I would say they are sought after and desirable. Not sure of your intent, but to be rare, you would have an example with very few miles (100 or less), in perfect condition and seal it to preserve it. After about 20-30 years, you might have a collectible. But you would be kicking yourself for not having something to drive & enjoy & share with people that will comment how nice your car looks as a package.
IMO just drive & enjoy while you can.

Wouldnt count on a late model car being collectible just enjoy it.
May bring a little more than market many yrs from now but youre still gonna lose money in the long run.
Rarity doesnt = collector. When youre gone someone will sell it off... the beat goes on

I really appreciate your response.......as a new owner, I was not aware that the 60th Anniversary pkg had options that included or excluded the stripes......mine does have the stripes, so it is a 4LT GS convertible (6000 miles)..........maybe my term "collectible" was in error.....rather maybe "rare" and thus desirable and worth hanging on to or asking a premium should I ever wish to sell.

Well I think it's desirable since I bought the same except it's a coupe. You probably paid a bit of a premium for it since it's a high option car. But it will depreciate just like any other Vette over the next 10+ years. So you will actually lose more than someone who bought a 1LT base but you will still have a higher retained value. Buy what you like and can afford for the enjoyment. These are not investments.

2022 C6 of the Year Finalist - Unmodified
Sounds like a sweet ride OP drive it and enjoy. Someone may correct me but I believe the true 60th anniversary edition only came with the stripes, including the stripes on the convertible tops. All 2013’s have some 60th badging but that doesn’t make them the true anniversary edition.

Now if you had the 427 60th Anniversary model................well, THEN it would be worth something.
But seriously, the Anniversary model came with the 4lt, Blue interior, stripes, and two tone ragtop if it's a convertible, and 60th anniversary badging. The package was available on all models including the Z06 and ZR1.

Congrats and welcome.
Great find. Basically a brand new 2013 60th Anniversary 427 Convertible. Nice T-Bird too.

Enjoy.
Also, as an FYI - the 60th badge on the fender above the Grand Sport bar is an add on. That badge only came on the 427 60th Edition models.
