FYI and a word of caution - A good friend of mine installed a K-B blower on his Cobra convertible. Now, my friend has been working on cars all his life, rebuilt a 69 Cougar, and was the lead design engineer for V-22 support equipment so he is very mechanically inclined. It took him over two months to get the K-B blower installed and had every problem imaginable - parts' quality, fit and finish, electronics, instructions, you name it. Customer service eventually got it all worked out and they got to know each other on a first name basis. Once they finally got it sorted out his biggest problem is traction limitation! So, having said all that, I personally would not want to be the first to try out a new C6 kit when introduced... or live real close to K-B and let them sort things out.

Hate to be a downer but I was stunned listening to his horror stories.

I know a lot of people with stangs that are not 'THAT' mechanically inclined and have had zero issues with KB.

This news would be even more huge if we were getting some updates on this.

yes yes. I dont even own a Z06 yet, infact i dont own a corvette at all, but i am really excited for this.. I have 2 cobra buddies on stock blocks and KB's making over 600whp on EVERY DAY driving. like 40,000+ miles of boostin really hard and they are holding up just fine!

Haha maybe the government can add a free KB kit for every vette owner as part of the upcoming Detroit bail out plan lol
