i just hope residuals are high.
No offense but I was starring at my sticker when I typed this up. 46,100 is the base MSRP of my car according to the sticker. That makes 1795 if the new base MSRP is 47,895.

I think there were even one or two more increases during the model year, '08.

It sounds like you might be comparing apples to oranges. If I don't miss my guess, your figure of $46,100 does not include the $850 destination charge. The $47,895 does have the destination charge included.

Out of principle...What right does anyone of us have to demand a cent for something with which we have had absolutely nothing to do with?

We should push the ZR1 into Lake Michigan.

Every year I wish they'd move the HUD down from 3LT. It costs $5000 to get a $750 option.

As far as I can tell, the GSU (Supplier) pricing hasn't been posted yet. In the past, it has been a percentage of the base car price (on 2008, GSU was 91% of base MSRP) and a percentage off the options (last year it was 83.6% of options). So those of you with the 2009 prices already in a spreadsheet, add a column for GSU using the above percentages. No discount on the shipping charges.

Just received email from my dealer stating that the supplier price on my 09 coupe is $52,314.83 on an $58,440.00 MSRP, so the price is out. Just wish I could see an actual GSU price listing of car and options rather than do a % guessament based on last year.

CAN ANYONE HELP THIS POOR SOUL OUT?

Default what do new colors look like?

I know there are two new colors, but seeing the name in text doesn't really tell me how the color looks. can anybody supply a picture of the colors? seeing them on a corvette would be especially good.

Search for posts that I've made on the topic. I have plenty of pictures of both Cyber gray and Blade silver here on the forum.

No, because as posted above yours, there is a different "supplier" reduction percentage for the base car, than there is for the options. The destination is the only thing that is not reduced for GSU.

One could apply last year's GSU percentage discount on base model (or convertible) and on options, but even last year, that changed just a smidge on the base model. The options stayed the same at 16.4% off MSRP. The base model was 9.03% off MSRP.

Whew, thats reassuring. I guess I'm not the only one in here who is not wearing a tin foil hat. Which is what one would need to understand what he meant by that.

That just came from out of left field.

That guy's post blew right past me. I don't have any idea what he's talking about, though it sounded like it may have been "political" or "social" in its motivation.
