Sun Shade
I am looking to buy a sun shade for my 07 vert. I can probably go to Walmart but I want a custom fit and I figured some on the forum have them and can suggest a vendor and/or type of shade. I am driving the vert a lot more now and summers in Texas can be brutal with interior heat. Thanks for any suggestions.

I did go to Walmart. :o Their shiny Mylar Jumbo sized shade fits perfectly top to bottom and side to side if you fold in the last two flaps. Not perfect but for <$10 it works almost as well as the $40-50+ fitted ones.

Zip products, forum vendor has a nice one custom fit for the C 6 I think it's $70.00 it is worth it! folds up nice and fits perfectly, has corvette logo on front. IMHO you will not like one from wal-mart or your local "autoparts" store

I just bought a $12 version at Autozone, Jumbo sized. It was a little
big but I trimmed it to fit and now it's just right. It didn't delaminate
after I cut it to size. For $12 I thought I would try the cheapo route
first and if it didn't work go bigger ( $ ).

I just bought a reflective sun shade at AutoZone or somewhere (I don't recall the brand). Frankly, I couldn't imagine a $70.00 'custom' Corvette shade could fit any better...the size and shape of this one is perfect.

From forum vendor, Southern Car Parts. It's expensive, but well worth the cost. Best sun shade I have ever seen and used.

The hard custom shades and even the rolled ones are a pain to set and store. I have the 2 separate square panels made by L&M Cool Shades - http://www.lmcoolshades.com/Products.htm (also sold by Eckler's). Excellent quality, and folds into a flat pouch I store behind the passenger seat.

I purchased a mylar shade last year for $2.50, then added my own Vette color emblem with rubber cement, works for me!

Real nice item. Well worth the money, and looks real good. Nothing looks worse than a 50K car with a cheap piece of crap in the window.
