I'm sure there are people here who own both. What is your opinion?
08 JSB Coupe and 05 Harley Roadking Classic. Both serve different needs. I enjoy them both.

I had a 98 HD Softail Classic 16,995 MSRP and approximately $20k in extras. My wife had a 2000 HD Sportster $6500 MSRP and approx $15k in extras.

Both bikes were meticuliously maintained very much like the vette. However riding a HD requires a preliminary "walk around" much like an airplane before you crack open the thotlle and hit the road.

Have a 2008 coupe and a 2006 Springer. I love to drive them both, but if I could only have one, it would be my Harley.

I have both... 93 Dyna Wide Glide and 06 C6. I try to take good care of all my vehicles and things that I own. Why not? They cost me a lot of money and it shows pride of ownership to keep them looking good......

I don't categorize anyone by what they look like or what they drive or how they dress! It's how they "conduct" themselves is what matters to me........

Have both and love both. 2008 Coupe & 2005 Electra Glide. Take care of them like they are my children. Always clean and well cared for, but just can't stop modding either one!

We have them both and I think that anyone who loves these type vehicles takes very good extra care with them all. My 08 C6 Vert and 05HD Screamin Eagle Fatboy and my husband's 08 Screamin Eagle Ultra Classic.

Default I have both, and for much the same reasons...

Both American classics. Along with my '06 Silver Coupe (7th vette), I have a '02 Road King Classic. Been vett'n and bike'n since I was young. Both are cared for and both are/will be modded to my liking...RWHP, tone, looks, general driving enjoyment, etc.. They are toys. Vette is up on a lift under a cover when not in use and the Harley sits underneath under a cover.

Same ritual for both... cover comes off, clean and shine prior to driving off, upon return another clean and shine, cover...rinse and repeat.

I've said this countless times (if my wife was reading she'd laugh her **** off)...but this may be the last vette and last harley I buy.

Also, when I am on my harley, I tend to get waves from vette dudes, and visa.versa. American classics.

Ride safe.

'08 AO Z06 and 3 Harleys - The Harleys are more significantly modified, but as I think about it, the Harleys aren't covered right now. But they are all indoors.

Don't know where your friend got that notion, ...not the case 100% of the Harley riders I know keep their bike impacable, as do I, both spotless and covered when not in use, both great toys.

vettes and harleys are gifts from heaven. How best to express a buy american attitude. Yes I have and love both. 2008 c6 and a 2006 streetglide. I definitely keep the vette cleaner, but the harley is always presentable.

Own a 2002 red Dyna Wide Glide. Tag says BIG RD. My 2007 Monterrey Red Vette has tags that say LTL RD. Love them both. Both get equal loving care.

My next-door neighbor is a fairly well know builder of custom Harleys. Even successful racing bikes. One of his recent jobs was to build a his & hers pair that went for $65,000 each. His paint work is unbelievable. The last frame I saw that he painted looked exactly like a blacksnake. I swear I could almost see it moving. I love to drop into his shop every couple days just to be awed by what he does. He even has a patent coming on one of his painting processes. The last time I stopped, he and his new wife were both wearing latex gloves as they were prepping parts for painting. If that is not meticulous, what is.
