If you can take your C6 anywhere in the World to drive where would it be?

Melting Slicks
I've only driven a Ford Falcon (Australian built rear wheel drive) on those roads, but I'd love to try a 'Vette there.

Wyoming / Montana
I try to get out there every chance I get which is a bit difficult sometimes living in NY. Last time was 2006, I miss it like crazy... extremely frustrating not being able to get out there as of late.
After driving out there, I have almost no desire to drive the C6 on roads any less exciting... you can get REALLY spoiled driving out there. It's way more intense than you can imagine. Beautiful high speed roads for hundreds and hundreds of miles and scenery that takes your breath away at almost every turn.
By comparison, driving around in your average suburb is flat out boring. This is the biggest problem I have with my C6 these days... I just don't have the time to get out to roads worth driving on with an ultra capable high-performance muscle-sports car.
I cannot imagine anything much better than WY / MT... though the Nurburgring looks like something I'd love to try...

Screw the gas prices.....Yes I would love to have them cheaper but don't let that ruin your dream ride....That's what credit is for.... You only live once.....Seriously find a way to save for it and do the ride of your life.....Best of Luck and hope your dream ride comes true.

Well as some of you may already know, I'm on a Global Tour with my C6.
It started in Florida last November and has so far continued over to England, into Wales and over to France
and before the year is out, countries such as Norway, Scotland and Germany will be added.
My Corvette Travels can be read on this CF thread http://forums.corvetteforum.com/show....php?t=1862335,
while there is a dedicated Blog and Gallery at www.atomic-adventures.co.uk
On a different note, for those interested in seeing the great sights and roads of California, I'll be there on a
Corvette tour in October (sadly not in my own Corvette though) so drop me a line if you would like to meet up.

Lived in Lahr for 4 years no Vette but I did have a big old Mercedes S Class. Loved the autobahn prior to the wall falling but it became more and more congested, especially dangerous were the little plastic East German Trabants - tiny tail lights. Once did Lahr to Rottenberg Am Tauber, door to door, 400 klicks in 2 hours flat . More and more of the autobahn has been posted but there are still stretches that are wide open. Also there was a road called the Romantiscsh strasse (Romantic road) that curved up through the Black Forest. I'd love to ship my C6 over and drive down.
Just over on the French side from Strasbourg to Colmar there is the Route de Vin through the Vosges mountains. The vintners would set up road side stands were you could stop and taste their wares. It was really good to have a non-drinking copilot.
Just got back from MT /WY trip but it snowed which was really scary . I'd like to do it again before all the motor homes hit the road.
