My new 06 vert
I've been looking for a C6 for a little while.
Trying to figure out what we(wife) would want.
I had a 96 LT1 Collector Edition vert with 36,000 miles to either sell or trade in.
Looking at new 08 models was enjoyable, but dealers would only give me 11,800 for trade. Book value I guess. But in the end I didnt have enough to really afford a new one, it will be a spare/second car anyway.
I found a dealer that had this 06 vert for sale.
42,500 and he gave me 17,000 for the 96, fair enough and I didn't have to try to sell the 96.
The 06 has 3009 miles on it (about 3300 now)
It does not have nav, Z51, chrome wheels, power top, exhaust is stock.
It does have HUD, heated seats, both seats power, air bags in seats, automatic, 6 disc.
I might do some minor stuff to personalize the Vette, but dont really know what that might be.
