yeah, that simply comes down to how much money you have when looking at what can be made possible. If you are considering dollar per horsepower gained, it will cost a guy more to build the GTR.

Rear wheel drive Vets is just around 4 seconds to 60mph, and limited on this time since only two wheels are grabbing.
AWD, such in the Bugatti Veyron (@1K hp) and GT-R, is around 2.9 seconds to 60mph instead.
Yes, you can get a 2 wheel drive car to hook that hard to get a 2.9 second 60 second time to 60mph, but forget HP cos'ts, its the cost of upgrading the Drive line to built proof so you don' blow it up that is going to cost you much more that just taking the motor to 1K hp instead.
Dollar per Dollar, the GT-R is light years ahead in performance technology than even a ZR-1, and truth be told, it not until you get to very high speed tracks where Max HP can be used, and the ZR-1 starts to dominate instead.
Bluntly, just because you can get 1K or more HP out of a Vet motor, does not mean that you can always put that kind of power down to the wheels as will. For this, you need to bullet proof the drive line so it does not explode, as well as get enough down force to make the tires stick as well.

I don't mind the cost actually, I just pursue horsepower and want to know the maximum Hp of both car.

Top fuel cars are running excess of 7000 hp, so there is a number if you are looking for one of what is possible for either cars, but the question comes back to how much of that will be usable to you instead.

I decide to spend about 120k to modified, so which car can own more HP?
#9
If I spend 120k to modified, how much HP can owned from corvette, I just know GTR can output 1500whp.

As for the AMS GT-R I'm guessing that you are using for a bases for the 1500HP number, I would suggest that you call them up, and ask them just how much HP that the TM had to hold back at any give time to keep the car straight and wheel tacked down the strip.
