I'll help where I can but my '05 with 32,000 miles has no rattles. The only area where I have any vibration is with my aftermarket radar detector which is attached to the sunvisor.

2010 with 5000 mi. I had a minor rattle at idle. One of the springs that supports the exhaust was loose. Bent the tab a little to keep it under tension. No other rattles. I installed the insulation kit and it is much quieter inside now.

I've added 25K miles since my first post to this thread over 3 years ago and still no rattles.
Sometimes old dead threads get squeaks and rattles also. How do you fix those?

C6 noisey creaking hatch fix.
Just to add some useful info...
I have found that the plastic interior panel on the rear halo (b-pillar) on my car creaked because of some foam insulation that is rubbing inside. This foam piece is glued on the inside of the panel.
I strongly believe that some of the 'clicking' noise I hear is from the metal clips on the panel that push into the halo. The noise went away when I took the clips off, but then of course the panel is not secure, so I can't leave it like that.
A vibration noise was being caused from bolts in the halo assembly that needed tightening up. That was a LOUD vibration noise at freeway speeds.
The windows rubbing were the notorious weather stripping issue.
My front dash squeaked because one of those damn metal clips was rubbing in the slot under the dashboard. I pulled the clip off, and the problem went away. The piece is looser now, but at least it doesn't squeak anymore.
My driver door will get pulled off soon, as the rattle in there keeps getting louder and more constant. It started at first with just the bass sounds from the speakers.

08 coupe, little over 50,000 miles and counting.
Have the creaking popping top I havent been able to quiet yet. Already tried the o-rings and lubing everything with dieletric grease. Guess I'll try that c-clip thing next.
Also have a rattle at the upper part of the instrument cluster bezel. Already pulled it off once and put some padded tape in there but still does it. Guess when it warms up a bit I'll pull it off again and add some more.

'07 C6 with 32K on the odo and only has the occasional roof creak/ popping on drivers side. Occurs mostly when the weather gets warmer. Usaully just reapply silicone grease to the roof seals every spring seems to quiet it down and so I live with it. Eventually will do the E-clip repair......

I have a 2012 GS coupe. When my mild to wild switch is open I get an annoying rattle at the B pillar on both the drivers and passengers side. Sometimes just one or the other and sometimes both at the same time. Close my exhaust and it goes away. It is very annoying and I’m afraid the dealership will only make it worse.
