Karvajal Designs Zx-1 Corvette Pictures
Hey guys here is some pictures of the ZX-1 corvette by Karvajal designs it will be unveil tomorrow at the New York Auto Show.
Kind of looks Enzo'ish. I would definately pimp that thing around town

With a couple exceptions I like it....that's far better than most of the C6 'creations' you see.
Is there anything special going-on under the hood...supercharged...suspension, et cetera?

Nice looking car! I like the dramatic line of the car, the rear needs to grow on me a bit, but I like it over all....I would like to see more detailed photos though....
Also, what is the plan for side mirrors?

The overall silhouette is nice, but some of the details are forced. The gills on the front fenders are cool, but the contour of the fender itself makes the door look terribly out of place with the sharp crease lines. The contour of the nose is awesome, but the nostrils are a blatant and unnecessary copy of a Ferrari F430. The fake diffuser tunnels in the rear also seem forced and would look great if they were true tunnels and not big black panels. The swoop of the rear fenders is great and the high rear end adds to the exotic look. The flying buttresses on the rear deck are, like the nostrils, a blatant and unnecessary copy of another car, a Porsche Carrera in this instance. The round gas filler door is great and the lack of side mirrors is okay as long as there are cameras somewhere to give you a view in traffic.
I'm not a hater, just a designer. My profession is one of those that many people think they can do with no education or training and it usually shows. In this case they created a great overall look, but not not a great car design, when basic design principals are applied.
