A bit too radical for my tastes.. I do like the interior and of course... what's under the hood.. I certainly can appreciate all the thought, cost and effort that went into this project...

front bumper, rear bumper, hood (real bad), rear hatch additions and wheels are not so good in my opinion. Interior would be great if it was black and had NAV. The side of the car from front wheel to back wheel looks nice.

Then you would be correct as Callaway is in itself a manufacturer.
People on this forum don't understand its not supposed to LOOK like a Corvette. Guys who are shopping for cars that cost above $150k do not want to buy a car that looks like the standard $40k car. Much like the people who think the new ZR1's competition is a Ferrari 599GTB b/c the perform similar.
Reeves has stated on many occasion that he starts with the Corvette platform b/c of all the R&D work Chevy puts into it and that its a great car
If you notice the first post it says 2007 Callaway C16 - not Corvette.

The basic seats are built for Callaway by a European seat manufacturer. The leather covers are then prepared and installed by the same German company that builds the rest of the "Deutschleder Interior" option.

What system is used for the "Touch Me" door entry ... We have been looking to add something like that to my dad's project car ...

Wow...kind of fuggly.
That interior really stretches the limits of the Chevy aesthetic. There's nothing you should do to those interior "design cues" in my mind other than keep them clean and cared for.
Namely, to exotic-cise or italian-up the inside is a blatant attempt to change or mask something. This very much calls your attention to and clashes with the very American "don't fuss with it" attitude of American-made cars. Reference the stearing wheel as it stands lost in a crowd of tuxedo-clad leather. It's as if it arrived at an exclusive party for foreign dignitaries holding a can of Miller High-Life.
Now the white exterior color is sweet. A tad too Cadillac for me, but clearly not the stock chevy van "arctic white" that's offered to vette buyers. The attempt there is warranted.
In conclusion, and for the record, there's not a damn thing wrong with Miller High-Life.
