GMS is the lowest one cna normally pay except for rare "bonus cash" type deals that apply in addition to any other discounts..

Yes, or some special rebates, rate cuts, etc. But generally (no pun), GMS is it.

Hi Bill
Sorry for the reply to an older email, Now on to the real reason here. You must be a GM employee to get GMS unless there is a special promo going on or dealer takes it on his self to give this. He will use hold back and so forth to achieve this. Right now some of the major players are trying to get more allocation for the ZR1 by selling more units above their allocation.
