Does it crank? Do you get any dash/ignition lights? Do the door buttons work? Did you kill the battery while cleaning the trunk area out? Chlorine fumes can be as destructive as the liquid. You may need a trip to the dealer to read the computer.

I hosed it with water to break down the clorine and then would Jet Vac
the trunk. It must have damaged some wiring i don't know.
Just don't know why the car won't start?
Going to have to take it to the dealer i guess.

Sorry to hear about this. Did you pull the carpet? If not, you probably should so you can see what is happening with the wiring. You may have shorted something out so checking the fuses would be a good start also.
Otherwise, I would just get it to a really good dealer as the average guys aren't gonna know what's happnin.
Best of luck!

I know clorine can eat thru certain things like the towels i used to soak
it up with. I would think the only wiring back there would be for the tail lights but who knows?

Don’t know if this has anything to do with it or not but, I use to store my pool chemicals in the garage and it would destroy the plastic switches in my garage opener. I would call the garage opener company and they would come out and replace a few switches. After the 2nd time they told me to move the chemicals from the garage because it was causing all of the switches to corrode and they would not fix it again if I kept the chemicals in the garage. So maybe do to the confined area it is corroding all of your switches. I Hope I’m way off base on this. Good luck

Burning Brakes
when you removed the carpet and padding etc. did you notice whitish fluffy stuff (precipate) around the wiring especially around grounds? I don't know exactly what metals and wires are back there, but my guess is you caused a chemical reaction drawing the ions out of the metals and this has caused you to loose conductivity. Though, I am hard pressed to understand why the main power is run through the back.
I am sure you also are being careful about breathing the fumes.

Does your car have Onstar? If so, the VCIM module is located in the back under the passenger side storage compartment. If you hosed that down with water you likely shorted out the connections to the primary communcations module for the car.
As noted, check your fuses in the passenger footwell fuse panel and underhood fuse panel for anything that may have blown.
Also, as noted, check your battery level with a multi-meter if you have one. You may have just drained the battery with the all the activity and the doors and hatch open.

Warranty? I don't think dumping chemicals and water into the back of your car will count as a warranty item.
Maybe insurance though.

Sorry to hear about it, but why would expect it to be covered under warranty?
