Default Seat Belts Flapping?

Is it me or does anyone else's seat belt on the passenger side make a whole lot of noise when the window's down or top off? I have to buckle it when no one is riding with me and the window's down or roof off to stop the noise (flapping).

That seems to be the easiest solution. Pretty simple fix.

I've found that if I raise the pax window about an inch and a half to two inches, it will block the wind from causing the seat belt to flap.

Another solution would be putting a good looking babe in the pax seat.

When it happens to me I just face the belt buckle portion in towards the seat (normaly it's facing outside the car). That stops the noise.

I've tried that also. When my speed reaches north of 45 mph, the belt flips back around and starts flapping again.

And be sure to post pics of said babe.

Uh well nevermind it's probably against the rules anyway.

Make sure it's tucked well... I've never had it flip backaround, even when I travel more than 70MPH

Buckling is the solution, but my problem is that I always forget to buckle it before I take off... I need to tie a string around my finger or something... because otherwise I'm then flying happily along some backroad (where there is no good safe place to pull over) and I need to endure this loud flapping for the next 20 minutes or more ... this has happened to me way more times than I care to admit ... and it's way too dangerous to attempt to buckle while driving.

The aftermarket needs to come up with a new decal for the interior... perhaps for the visor... "buckle passenger seatbelt before take off!" Actually, this might be a good message to program into the DIC greeting!

Same here. No big deal to buckle it, though.

I was thinking about this a couple of weeks ago. I would think that Pipedreams (Ed) could come up with some sort of seatbelt "clip" that could be attached to the panel behind the seatbelt (maybe with a double sided adhesive).

Which one are you in your avatar picture. If you are one of the two on the "outside", I'd like to see that.
