My dealer was fine with me. I told them before my car came in: no stickers, no machine wash, and no front plate. They did well. They treat me just fine when I go in for anything but I have had a virtually flawless '05' C6.

I left the dealer frame on a few weeks but only because it protected the paper temporary tag. The minute the real tag came in the dealer frame came off. Never once on any car have I let a dealer stick their name on it. What really bugs me is when they decal their name.
I was picking up some parts at Jupiter Chevrolet in Dallas the other day and they put this nice big emblem in the middle of the trunk above the diffuser. What an eyesore!

Sorry to say, yes. For nearly a year Boardwalk got some free advertising until I invested in some nice chrome. Other priorities . . . like eating! Actually, just lazy I suppose. Now I've got full mod fever, so bread and water will have to be OK.

Dealer put a license plate bracket on mine - I'd leave it if I were a Gator fan, nice and shiney with blue and orange dealer logo - however it HAS to come off - which forum vendor has a nice plate bracket that would look good on a black coupe w comp grey wheels? (Afraid to go w/ too much chrome anywhere. Don't want to seem juxtaposed.)

My buddy has a leasing company , and he got me a great deal at his cost - so hell yeah I give him the free advertising . Then I took my car in for service and they swapped it for their own frame - I went apes@@t on them just to break ***** and had them put the old frame back on

I bought my car from Dave S. at Kerbeck and it was a great experience. He definitely has my repeat business.
That said, no way would I have any dealer ID on this or any other vehicle I own.
My best friend of 27 years is an internist, but I don't walk around with a T shirt advertising his practice.
