Default A BIG Thanks to The VetteShop

Customer service seems to be an oxy-moron (sp?) these days. Nobody seems to care if the customer is happy. Well not at The VetteShop. I had a small problem with some painted fuel rail covers from them. I contacted Ken at The VetteShop and low and behold, a new set showed up on my doorstep this morning!

With all the negative threads on dealers and service I just wanted to publicly thank Ken for going above and beyond what I expected. He will see more of my business in the near future!

Always good to hear about great service. Word of mouth is THE BEST advertising there is, you can't buy that much positive publicity.

Thanks for posting Steve.......
2 years ago I ordered Kens painted fuel rail covers.
I asked him to make them extra glossy, he did.
The chrome lettering after awhile started to tarnish,
(Not Vetteshop's fault) It was a GM licensed product.
Ken sent me new letters, a different make.
2 years later they still have that mirror finish. I never forget.
Thanks Ken.
