Thanks for the suggestion, but it's been mentioned here a few times before. We do have a lot of C5 & C6 owners posting here.

You can use a wet/dry shop vac for the same purpose. It sucks the water right out from the lights and mirrors.

Been using this for years. It also blows the water out of the side mirrors.

I tried it on my 95 coupe back in 1996, I was using a 2 stroke leaf blower and I noticed the exhaust had all sorts of unburned gas and oil splattered all over my car.

That takes too much time - just have your wife/girlfriend get down and blow the water out!!

I had the same experience, so I went to Home Depot and got an electric model and it works great! Especially good to dry windshield wipers and wheels. I spend about 3 minutes to go over the whole car with the objective of getting 80% of the water off, finishing up with a towel. With a good coat of Zaino, it's amazing how easy the whole drying process is.

I've been using an electric leaf blower on the rear and side lenses, wheels, license plate and windshield wiper area.

I use a small can of compressed air like the ones you use to get dust out of your computer keyboard. It doesn't take up much space, it doesn't have to be plugged in and it doen't use gas. Very easy and inexpensive. Try it.

Actually, that is a great Idea Imo
Saves me from having to get the blower and cord out.

...and it drives the neighbors nuts watching you!!!!!

Also, if you live where it snows, the leaf blower does a great job of blowing the light stuff off your daily driver...or Corvette if it happens to also be your DD.
