Any dealers install Kilometer speedo?
Does anyone know of a dealer in the Dallas area who will install a Kilometer speedometer? How about Miami? Thank you in advance!

I have 2005 1SB and my speedo can display either MPH or kPH - its a setting you can change. Speedo will show either as set (as will the HUD). I thought all C6s had this feature.

Thank you guys, I understand the computer, but in Europe the cars are sold with a speedo that goes to 300, not just 200. 200 Kilometers per hour is only 125 mph, and the speedo's are about $3000 installed in Germany.
Anyone out there who can help me with the $391 factory speedo that reads 300? Thanks again!

Our speedometers can only display 200kph; he wants one that can display 300kph.

Butt..........what duesenpilot is looking for is a speedo that reads up to 300, so that when he switches to km/hour that the needle can go up to 300 km/hour.
If he's stuck with the speedo with the max display of 200 (either mph or km/hour), when he's got metric selected the top speed that the speedo needle will go to is 200 km/hour - which is only about 124 mph. Guess what --- he's gonna be able to routinely go faster than that in Germany, but he won't know how fast he's going above 200 km/hour because the needle will be buried.
If he can get a speedo that registers up to 300, when he's in metric 300 km/hour is about 186 mph.
In any case, I bet the HUD will display the actual km/hour all the way up to the max speed of the car.

The HUD will still show the actual speed when switched to metric. I regularly cruise at well over 124 MPH or 200 kph and the speedo just stops right at 200. I understand the problem, but will live with it.

I had a Canadian C5 with the 300 speedo for a weekend and it was really cool showing that one off to the fellas!
And it's still fun switching to metric and telling your passenger how smooth this car runs at 120!! (~70mph)
