My Cobalt SS is Black w/ the smoked factory wheels, and when it's dirty... I've had people almost walk into it. It's like a hole in the night.
Helps that I drive 90% in the dark, so it's a "stealthy car".
I don't have a problem with mono-chromatic schemes, as long as they use common sense in the planning. Red wheels, Calipers, seats, door panels, dash, console carpet and so on... that's just overkill.
Same with other colors as well.

The Ferrari/Corvette just doesn't make any sense.
As for C5s, there was a purple one running around here with 6 taillights, a two-tone retro paint job, and spinners (wtf?). It had alot more stuffon it. Wish I had a photo.

Grifster...... THAT is the ugliest COrvette I've ever laid eyes on.... that wins for overall, but for C6......
I just have to rant on that as well.... WTF is wrong with people... if the guy ( or woman ) that did that HATED the car.... I'd gladly have taken it...Donated to a person that WANTS a Vette.
If they wanted to make a statement, or express their vision... why THAT car? Use a darn Pacer, or Gremlin, or mustang....lol
