Vettes at the Vanderbilt pics
Long Island Vettes had a nice show today at The Vanderbilt, Centerport, NY. Beautiful weather and a beautiful location. This was the first time I entered my C6 in a local show. Nice to meet many who recognized my "Silver Devil" from either the spread in Corvette Magazine or from seeing it parked in front of the Mercedes-Benz dealership I work at.
Vettes from all generations
The mansion is in the background. There's also a planetarium and dinosaur display on the grounds.
I guess this view is why the Vanderbilt's lived here. Too bad they weren't around to take a ride in the C6
Silver Devil took home a Gold Trophy. Seems pretty much every entrant got an award of some sort. I guess a Gold one was a good one. Didn't matter one way or the other, had a great day!
