OMG $200,000 Corvette C6??
I saw this on ebay today, sure the power is nice but is it really worth $200,000??????
Vehicle Description:
2005 LINGENFELTER 427 CID TWIN TURBO C6 CORVETTE
Z06 Body
This car was purchased in October 2004 and sent directly to LPE to start the R&D of what would become the worlds fastest C6.
This car is a special 1 of 1 car in the world built over the past 1 1/2 years by the legendary LINGENFELTER PERFORMANCE ENGINEERING in Decatur Indiana.
This car made 1038 tire smoking RWHP and 1007 LBFT on the dyno.
This car did 212 MPH in the standing mile in a major magazine shoot due out very soon.
This is the fastest standing mile C6 Corvette ever tested in the country.

Awesome looking car. Just don't like that polished lip on the rims. Would look better all black.
I guess I will have to work this Saturday if I want to bid

I told everybody that DSOM was the fastest color. Oh yeah and the car should have been an auto. I used to think that black wheels with a polished lip would look bad on DSOM but it looks .

LPE 427 TWIN TURBO option
that guy is making a killing on that. If you figure that the 427 twin turbo package is $85,000. Not including the cost of a Z-51 coupe. so figure if you order it from LPE it only costs you 150,000 MAX

PS- It may not even be street legal!!!!! I love John Lingenfelter( R.I.P.) but Not even if I could afford it

Having seen the car in person, it is a very impressive machine. The thing that separates this from other 1,000+ RWHP cars is that this one will actually have a useable life, whereas most motors at that power/torque level tend to go boom after not too long. If you want one at that level with an extended warranty, you will need to pony up about $1.3 million for a Bugatti.
