Just ordred my first Corvette

Default Just ordred my first Corvette

Machine silver with Black int.
1LT,Z51,Competition wheels with a manual transmission.
MSRP $46480
discount $2000.

The salesman tells me that I will have to leave it in reverse or it will drain the battery.Is this true?

Congrats,

Not trying to bust your bubble
but you could have done better
getting a GMID cert and using it.
GMID on your Vette $42067.

I got a 2lt , auto, Z51, Grey comp.
wheels @ $44.3 MSRP $49k

Another salesman that doesn't know Corvettes. The 05 must shift to reverse when it is shut down. There was so much trouble with that system that they changed it for 06.

But, after a while I don't even think about it......more than a few seconds after each power down. I've had my First Vette for 9 months and 12000 miles now and I luv her more each day. Don't know what you've had before, but nothing quite compares.
