What car would you get if it wasn't a C6 and you could spend up too $65,000?

Hmmmm....good question.
I think I would go with a new Mustang GT, a Solstice for the wife, and a nice vacation to Disney for the family.
BUT, I would rather have the Vette!

I'd buy a new Mustang GT, spend $5K on heads, cam, & blower and spend the remaining $30K painting, restoring, and putting a 7L Gen 3 motor, w/ a 6 speed in my '67 Camaro.

Good question. My next vehicle isn't going to be GM because my C6 has been such a pos; fortunately they're putting little GM badges on everything so I can't make that mistake. My previous boss was an obnoxious Ford bigot, so it isn't going to be a Ford either. I'm still nursing a grudge against Dodge because my '94 ram was such a pos. I'm still nursing a grudge against Honda because my '88 crx was a pos. Maybe a Porsche? Lotus? Toyota? Heck, I dunno.

It's remarkable how many people would spend the money on something other than a car if they couldn't have a C6.
GM needs to study that, find out why, and apply the magic solution to the rest of their product line.
