I may be mistaken, but I believe it is a C6-R engine.

sorta looks like the mota in my John Deere tracter.......Opps guess not its painted yellow , my tracter moter is green.... help I have cabin fever...........

That's easy......it's an Oscillation Overthruster. They developed the prototype while filming the movie, Buckaroo Bonzai. Excellent power source, high yield, low fuel consumption.
