Exhaust advise

You are going to get as many responses as there are aftermarket exhaust system. You need to find some local CF buddies or a local club and arrange to see and hear (to include test rides) as each system sounds different. If you buy ANY exhaust system w/o first hearing it you'll probably make the same mistake hundreds of vette owner's have made over the years. You'll find your not happy and sell them for half of what you paid.
I have a aftermarket system I like but that doesn't mean you will so I won't even mention what it is. This is like buying speakers.
Good luck

B&B Route 66 are VERY nice
Hello Grumps!
I liked the stock exhaust but it just wasn't hearty enough. I'm 41 so I didn't want to rattle the fillings or disturb the kind neighbors (I just won't say what kind!) so I went with the Route 66 and they are great. They have a nice low rumble at idle and a throaty purr on acceleration. But at wide open throttle, it really puts the spurs to her!
Good price and easy intall!

GM's got an aftermarket exhaust. What kind is it and how loud is it? I saw threads on it about a year ago, but can't find them now. Only thing I remember was that it was a little on the expensive side.

Drifting
Wait until Corsa finishes up their 3" sport system (no later than spring). It will have a quiet but noticable deep rumble at idle and a deep roar at WOT and NO RESONANCE. Who makes an exhaust that will beat that?

I have Corsa Tours. Very deep throaty sound without being overly loud. I love them. The Corsa Sports are ok as well, but their sound is higher pitched and more raspy.
good luck.
