Default A Christmas Story

I had known that my TPW was 12/19, and then Kevin at BG told me that my LMB 2LT MN6 Z51 Coupe would be on the line on 12/20 and produced on 12/21.

After several lifetimes, Wednesday 12/21 finally comes, and at work I'm stealing glances at my email all day waiting for The E-Mail, but it never comes.

Thursday, 12/22, 5:30 AM PST, I'm done sleeping for the night and my vacation has started. The house is dark and quiet; all the rest of the family won't be up for several hours. I plop down in front of my PC and fire up my email, and there it is, the email from Kevin, sent not five minutes earlier. #12933 had been produced and released to Allied yesterday. I kinda sat there for a few minutes re-reading the message. How does one celebrate at zero-dark thirty? I walked into the living room, plugged in the Christmas tree, sat down on the couch and just gazed at it.

What is it that make's a grown person do that over a car?

I did the same thing when Kevin e-mailed to tell me that my Z
would go on line 11/29 and produce on the 30th. I have saved it in
a special folder.. I still can't explain why......???

Good Luck and enjoy your Vette. They are awesome cars

Enjoy, mine rolled off the line 12/7 and was released to Allied on 12/9. It is a LMB 1Lt, Z51, MN6 and it finally left BG on 12/28, hopefully it will be in So CA Monday or Tuesday.

Post a message to this forum; there is usually some freaky night owl online at say 3:49am....
