Dave Hill has without a doubt contributed to the renewed greatness of the American Icon, the Corvette. However my vote for CF Man of the Year goes to my good friend "Chief Dave" (Dave Lupow) of this forum. Dave has volunteered to serve and lead troops in Operation Iraqi Freedom for two 12 month tours over the last three years. What greater accomplishment and sacrifice is there? For me that is it.
I understand that Dave Hill is a great man, but he is a man who designs cars and gets paid very well to do it. On the other hand Dave Lupow and others like him provide the blanket of security that all of us sleep under every night and he gets paid about the same as manager at McDonalds. Thanks Dave!
