Info on Z51 package needed.
Is the Z51 package worth the extra money?
Do the tires wear much faster than the stock C6?
Is it a bumpier ride?
What do you really get for the $1600?
Thanks!

Tires wear faster....Might depending how you push it.
Bumpier ride? Not bad at all. I feel nothing extra. Very manageable.
For 1,600 you get cross drill rotors that are nice looking. Also many other items, but on Auto you get 3.15 axle.

Yes, the brakes do squeak and are very dusty. I have had my Z-51 for 6 months and have 2,100 miles on it. It is on jacks in my garage with the wheels and calipers off. Just rec'd my C6 Ceramic Pads from Parts Bob at Fichtner Chevrolet via FedEx. Painting the calipers with G2 Red Epoxy paint and installing the pads this afternoon (no more squeaks or dust).
Love the way the rotors look and the handling is very, very nice.
