Can someone tell me how to get the $60.00 one year promotion deal. When I called XM they told me I had to have a promotional code that I have not received. They will not send it to me, but I can"t get the deal without it.

There have been a couple of threads on this, but the only promotional code I remember is that you must ask for the "retention department".

True, if you call and ask for theretetion department,tell them you ar thinking about leaving for sirius,but you had heard about a special offer for $60 a year, they will make it happen.I have three radios but the offer is only good for one of them, the others i have on the family plan which is around $6 a month

I called them today, talked to two different people and got two different answers. One told me it ended yeasterday and the other one told me my radio was still on the 90 day deal so I could'nt get it. I called my dealer they're to check out with the xm rep.
