2004 Corvette Z16 Z06 info...
On the z06 site somebody got new info from a good source. The post reads that the Z16 Z06 will have Dark Lemans Blue paint with a silver stripe that fades into a white stripe that is out lined in red. No mod-red interior, only Black leather will be availiable. It will come with special wheels that are high polished. There will also be no change in Horse Power. To add to that, THERE WILL BE LESS THAN 2500 BUILT.

Hell, volkswagens are catching up, at least give us a big cubic inch option and keep your f^%$ warranty if thats all you are worried about, we will also be willing to suffer the gas guzzler tax with this option, give us a choice, a 500rwhp c5r 427 is a good start.

Hi 20_VETTE_03 -
Thanks for the info.
Sounds like it will be a very nice looking car.
I intend to hold onto the Z until I see a C6 "hyper-formance" edition - whatever they might call it.
Thanks again for the info -
best regards -

I can't wait for the C6 Z06. This time, I'll wait a couple of years in case John Juriga has any last minute updates to the motor...

:iagree: And they'll probably charge 10X what it's worth, which is practically nothing ... :nono:

Yup. I can see a $5K pricetag for it.....and another $10K markup from dealers.....hell, they'll cost $100K in California. :mad :cuss
