Default 2003-z

Need help please, have had this car since 07, have had no trouble with it till today.. 03-Z 13K miles, took it out for a little drive today, check engine light came on.. Had headers installed a few months ago, drove it maybe 2 times since then, no light are anything..

If I check the codes will that tell me something? And how do I check the codes, to lazy to read the book..

Have a little more time now.. I think it is electorally related, when I pushed the button to move the seat forward, that shut the AC off..

Any body have this problem?

I agree, I just don’t use it that much.. Can't wait till I get home today and see what comes up on the codes..

I have to go and look in the garage, I think you stole my car.

Looks identical including the wheels.

Nice car. Good luck with your issues. Check the state and condition of the battery. Seems to be a common denominator with black cars with CCW wheels.

I do keep it on a battery tender, but I found out that does not mean the battery is good..

I have a 96 Impala SS that I also keep on a tender, about 3 years ago I took it out, started right up no problem, drove around a bit, turned the car off, and that was it would not start again, had to get a new battery..

Surprised me the tender did not say something was wrong..

Get under the car and check for melted/damaged wires. This happens all the time with headers.
