[Z06] Tire size on 19 inch rear

they will not rub even if you don't use the spacers and no they do not stick out past the fenders at all
really an ideal tire for those wheels in fit and performance
wait for new stock if they are on BO. they are typically produced monthly. the pss is SO far ahead of other tires it competes with like the s04 it's not even worth considering using anything else until you get into softer extreme street tires and are going for warm dry roads only

Curious about the spacers. OE wheel offsets are 54 front and 58 rear I believe. The TSW wheels are 50 front and 65 rear. How does adding 5 mm in the back help? Thanks, sorry if this is a dumb question.
i used 5mm spacers out back just to maintain the exact oe offset relation front to rear. tire height at 295 30 19 and 265 35 18 is identical to oem, revs per mile are the same

Most go with :
Front
18x9.5, or 18x10 with 265/35/18, or 275/35/18
Rear
19x10.5 or 19x11 with 305/30/19.
Either of the above combinations will work very well.
Tried and true combinations for many years now.
There is also no reason that you cant go with a 19/19, or 18/18 setup either.
Many people "think" that its part of the required stagger built into the C5's.
Thats not true... As long as you size your "tires" correctly you will be good to go.
I have been running the following for 6.5 yrs now.
19x10 - 275/30/19
19x11 - 305/30/19
On a C5 Z06 with a 305/30/19 your speedo will read 60mph when your actually doing 60.4.
Not enough to make a difference at all.

You can run C6Z06 brakes behind the TSW Nurburgrings, and many aftermarket 6-piston brakes have smaller calipers than the cast PBRs the C6Z came with
Yes, it's a C6, but TSW wheels are only available in one set of offsets for C5/C5Z/C6 base/C7 base applications anyway. Regardless, even if they had a C6 offset vs a C5, C6 wheels sit more inboard and offer less clearance for big brakes in the first place, so they will definitely fit, especially after you put on your spacer

Yes, they absolutely will

I'm planning to do the TCE Wilwood W6A/FNSL4 kit on C6Z rotors in my car if I keep it... but that's still about the same amount of cash. BBKs aren't cheap; those are the two least expensive four-wheel options that I would consider, too.

Did you install longer studs with the spacers? DRM has the spacers and studs, but after researching the process to replace the studs it looks like more of a job than I'd be comfortable attempting. So, either I run without spacers, use the stock studs or find someone that can replace the studs for me.
