Will be doing the removal this weekend when the headers go in, what have you guys used to block the hole that is on the intake box where the secondary air pump hose goes.

Good time to buy an aftermarket air intake.

I took a cap from a Castrol quart oil container, it is the correct diameter. I cut off the threaded portion and was left with a flat black disc that is the correct size. Siliconed it over the hole and a perfectly sealing plug that looks like it belongs there.

I have my air pump tuned out but I have been wanting to remove it all together.
