Installed yesterday, took all of 30 minutes, and thats cause i had to move my Little Odyessey PC 680 battery back a hair, it's mounted on it's side.

This kit is legit, my voltages were all over the place before. Enough that i was going to put an alternator and VR in just to elimintate a variable.

Now im holding steady, voltage is extremely stable.

I'm impressed, and was skeptical but i guess the stock grounds just aren't great on this car.

If your voltages are bouncing around and unstable, try this kit.

Did you know: The name "Corvette" was borrowed from a line of small, fast navy ships used in World War II.

The first generation Corvette was introduced late in the 1953 model year. Originally designed as a show car for the 1953 Motorama display at the New York Auto Show, it generated enough interest to induce GM to make a production version to sell to the public. First production was on June 30, 1953.

With all of the high-tech electronics that have been incorporated into your C5 Corvette, not to mention additional after market electronics and stereo systems, it can take a toll on the factory charging systems ability to keep up. Especially if, over time, connections have become corroded.
Installing a BIG 3 upgrade can be very beneficial as many on the Corvette forum will tell you.

This is gonna go on my wish list for sure!!

I'm guessing that indeed the C5 runs better all the way around with full elec charge as I found with leaving a battery tender on overnight everyday I used the car for a week. A pita when you're using the car everyday!

Hi dbs1vette,

The Big 3 does improve the charging system operation.

Thanks,

So basically this kit just overlays the big3 with fresh wire wile retaining all of the factory wireing as well.

The kit looks nice i like how the wire is in loom and the ends are in heat shrink

Thank you for making a quality product at a fair price. for a normal consumer to buy the parts of your kit individually we would end up spending just in material what your kit cost. It is nice to not have to pay crazy prices just because it is for a corvette.
