I was impressed with the warm-up run ... Then then the 2nd pass smooth as silk just more revs... Never seen a driver adapt like that. I only gave back his car the NIGHT BEFORE!!!! Thats serious driving skills

Minute details were tires pressures, launch rpm... things like that were payed very close attention to and there corresponding 60' times to maximize things.

M12 for the trans. Skinnies are always worth something, probably a tenth.

Gary, the video it's badazz . He did an awesome job with the editing.. Your launches look wicked.. I'm tempted to try something like that some day (meaning 6k launch, lol). Did you at least get a brace? I know I would before I give that a try..

Again, great video..

There's gotta be some secrets there.....hmmmm what could be, a crazy tight tune, race gas may be 100 octane, could be auto transmission with 2 gears and trans brake like bassler race transmission who knows might be a 8" TC with 5000 stall.......i might believe 10.9 but no way 123 mph trap speed no way just no way without any secrets apart from listed mods.

Robz i respect u and ur skills as great drag racer but there's some secrets too as well which i guess those r hidden from public forum.

If iam wrong than man o man those r amazing #'s which i dont have great words for.

There are no tricks with either car. Nothing that anyone couldn't do with knowlege and paying attention to details.(moreso with my car).
Gary is a great driver. He ran the same times as Ranger bone stock and is heavier.
Big mph comes from DRIVER. Anyone who races a manual alot will tell you that. His car did also did dyno strong but give credit to the tuner for that.
Combine the above with great air and you get strong et and mph.
Race fuel makes no sense.(bad guess).
We both have 6 speeds.

Back in the day, when I had a baby cam and made just under 400rwhp on a dyno jet my car trapped 124+ in great air.

I believe it.

Density Altitude in the negative numbers is the secret.... and great track prep. A negative DA is like a power adder ..... to bad we don't get it on the west coast.

It's a big difference. However, for what I pay in taxes and insurance.. I pay alot for that AIR You guys should take a trip and see the difference.
