Default WTB: 1 rear Supercar tire

One of my rear tires has a bolt through it. I want to use the Supercars for the track so I need one to replace it. Help me out!

There was a thread of someone RANDOMLY selling just 1 supercar for the rear if I'm not mistaken lol. I think you just missed it, go search this section. You'll probably see it on the bottom of this page or the next.

What track? I have 2 rear supercars with 16 k mi on them, they have tread, but are 5 years old. The grip is not bad in the heat of summer, you can floor in 2nd, but not 1st gear. I did not want to use them at the track for this reason.

Summit Point.

I'm hoping to do the HPDE on August 25-26. It will be my first event, so I am truly a novice. If you think they are track worthy, I'm interested.

They are safe but they are not as sticky as new because of the age. They have tread but I would not want to run them in a torrential downpour. I drove at Summit during Hurricane Ivan (well, by the time it hit WVA it was a Tropical Storm but it did spawn Tornados later in the evening when I was driving home). If you bought 2 new tires, you would be able to push it a little harder and enjoy Summit more. It is a pretty safe track, just be careful as anywhere in the rain.

How old are your existing rear tires? If 3-5 years old these will be similar/same traction. If you are interested in the tires I can mail them to you for $90 ea.

I'll take 'em. I have a set of Wide Ovals that I can use in case of rain. I'll send you a pm.

I bought the car with 36,000 miles on it. The the original owner said he never put new rear tires on it.

He also said he NEVER spun the wheels.

They have just a little tread left, so I bought the Wide Ovals for the street.

My front Supercars are in good shape, just need the rears. Thanks!
